Yellow Springs, OH, current project
This project is a new garage and guest house for an historic farm house in Yellow Springs Ohio. In order to preserve the historic house the addition is a free standing detached building. The addition will define an outdoor patio and new pool. The guest quarters will be on the second floor with a large open living space and outdoor deck overlooking the open site to the south.
